Your intake is received. An independent committee reviews on commitment and fit, not credentials or branch.
Weeks 1–3 · Independent Review
Committee Review
A panel of operators and clinicians reads every submission on merit. You will not hear from us during this window, the silence is the work.
Weeks 3–4 · Phase 2
If You Advance: Psych Evaluation
30–45 minute partner-led conversation with The Coming Home Project. Tests commitment, not credentials. You’ll be emailed scheduling options.
Weeks 5–6 · Phase 3
Physical Challenge · Proof of Readiness
A 5K or equivalent action with documentation. Specifics emailed if you reach this phase. Movement over intent.
Within 1 Week of Phase 3 · Decision
Acceptance Letter (Mailed)
If selected, an acceptance letter is mailed, like a university admission. The six-month War Feather program begins on receipt.
